Cory Booker on Leno

NJ Kegstand’s favorite mayor, Cory Booker recently made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. While I’ve always been more of a Team Coco guy, I’m happy to see Booker representing the Garden State in a positive light. While Leno is known to bring the laughs, Booker gave a sincere interview, discussing Newark, politics, and even his relationship with Governor Chris Christie. This honest, down to earth attitude that Booker shows with all of his actions is why we at the Kegstand are such big fans of the mayor, regardless of what our individual political beliefs may be. Don’t expect a lot of laughs, but here is Mayor Booker making the rounds on the late night comedy circuit.
